Preparing Your Sea Moss Gel

Transforming your Sea Moss into a versatile superfood gel is very easy!

All you need is...

Your Sea Moss

A bowl or container

Lemon or lime (Optional)

A blender

A jar to store your gel

Take a small handful of Moss (it expands into twice it's size after soaking), soak it in filtered water for 6-12 hours. Add lemon or lime to soak in the water with the moss to aid in cleaning and reducing the ocean smell/taste (alkaline water is recommended). After that amount of time you will notice your Sea moss swell and expand to twice its size.

After soaking your Sea Moss for at least 6 hours, rinse the moss and add it to a blender. Add equal amounts of filtered water and blend until it becomes a thick gel. It will take a couple of minutes to blend the moss too the perfect gel consistency.

You may need to add a little more water if you notice it is too thick. You'll know the moss is at a perfect consistency when it looks like a pudding or rounded spoonfuls when scooped.

You can add herbs of your choice or keep in simple. Store your Sea Moss Gel in the fridge for 3-4 weeks! Or frozen for up to 5 months!

Eat a spoonful or two a day directly from the jar (use a clean spoon with every scoop to prevent bacteria growth) or add to your favorite smoothies, coffee, tea, ice cream, oatmeal, soup... even as a face mask!

Packed with high levels of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals for a vibrant life!
