If you’d like to return an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and the item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it in, including its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
We will only pay for shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
You are liable for shipping cost for returns if the item is not defective. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you qualify for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied via your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be issued as it may take some time for your refund to be processed.
All Sea Moss Gels are shipped with ice packs and should be refrigerated immediately upon arrival to guarantee freshness and optimum shelf life. Dry Sea Moss and Sea Moss Gummies do NOT require refrigeration.
